Online Training Camp

NOTES:

All workouts begin with a 5 minute warm up (WU) and end with a 5 minute cool down (CD).  These can be any activities that gently warm up and cool down the body, such as treading water, casually riding a bike or walking.

Eat no sooner than 1 hour before your workout.

Drink water during your workouts.  If you feel you need an energy drink, choose a healthy one and dilute it with water.

If you are wanting to lose weight, wait 1 hour before eating after your workout.  Otherwise, eat something healthy any time.

Take a few minutes to S-T-R-E-T-C-H after every workout, or whenever you can each day.
